All participants attending the conference must register using the online registration form. You can register either individually or as a group registration. HOW TO REGISTER
To register for the conference , please click on “Register now” in the left-hand column of this website. You will be directed to a secure registration form that you need to complete and submit.
Please note that your registration is not recorded until you complete and submit the form.
You only need to register once, should you wish to make any changes to your registration please send an email to info@sapaconference.co.za and they will action the changes for you.
You will receive an invoice on the completion of your registration. Please ensure that payment is made into the correct bank account and using the reference number provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you cancel your registration, the following cancellation policy applies:
- 120 Days before Conference – no cancellation fee
- 90 Days before Conference – 25% cancellation fee
- 60 Days before Conference – 50% cancellation fee
- 30 Days or during or after Conference – full cancellation fee
Any changes required in attendance should be directed in writing to the Conference Organisers on info@sapaconference.co.za.
Refunds will only be done AFTER the Conference has ended.
