CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the Intent Form has been completed, your sponsorship is classified as confirmed.  Should you cancel, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • 120 days before the Conference – no cancellation fees
  • 90 days before the Conference – 25% cancellation fees
  • 60 days before the Conference – 50% cancellation fees
  • 30 days, during or after the Conference – full cancellation fees

Please forward your cancellation in writing to  the Conference Organisers on sponsors@sapaconference.co.za

Refunds will only be done AFTER the Conference has ended.
